Yes, feel free to come to weekly lectures and workshops! However, we are not able to grade assignments and give out mock interviews to students auditing. In addition, we cannot distribute course materials since they will be only on Canvas.
If you were accepted in the course already and would like to switch to audit, please email the instructors regarding your switch.
Our weekly Workshops are optional, supplementary sessions help by our course staff. They are held on Saturdays 4:00-5:30pm @ Upson 255. Sometimes, we will review popular interviewing questions relating to the content of that week, where TAs will step through the questions from beginning to end. And during other weeks, we will teach new content such as Object Oriented Design and Systems Design interview questions. We will make sure to announce what will be taught during these workshops one week prior.
In the course, we will only focus on the technical interview. That being said, this also includes the behavioral aspects of the technical interview. So while we won’t cover strategies and popular questions of behavioral interviews, hopefully you can improve your communication tendencies by learning how to, for example, communicate your solution.
